Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of digitization in higher education in the following dimensions: nfrastructure, training and skills building, information security and legal system, and the effectiveness of digitization in promoting the institution, in reducing work pressures at Abdelhafid Boussof University Center - Mila. To achieve the study's objective, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted, applied to a sample of 100 employees holding administrative positions at the university center. Our sample selection was random. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, consisting of three axes. Using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the result indicated that the only dimension directly affecting the work pressures of university center employees is the infrastructure dimension, while the other dimensions have no impact on the work pressures of center employees.
