| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى تأثير البيئة المادية لرياض الأطفال على ولاء الزبون من وجهة نظر الأولياء، حيث تناولنا مفاهيم البيئة المادية ومحاولة تجسيد هذه المفاهيم على مؤسسات رياض الأطفال للتعرف على البيئة المادية لرياض الأطفال، وحاولنا توضيح أثرها على ولاء الزبون )أولياء الأطفال(، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للحصول على البيانات اللازمة، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة من الأولياء المتعاملين مع الروضات ببلدية ميلة، تم توزيع 360استبانة، وبعد المعالجة الأولية تبين أن هناك 243استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وتم اللجوء إلى الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل وتفسير النتائج، وذلك بالاستعانة ببرامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Spss نسخة ،24وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد البيئة المادية لرياض الأطفال في ولاية ميلة على ولاء الزبون من وجهة نظر الأولياء |
| Description: | The objective of this study is to understand the extent to which the physical environment of kindergartens affects the loyalty of the client from the point of view of the parents. Therefore, we discussed the concepts of the physical environment and attempted to reflect these concepts on kindergarten institutions to identify the physical environment of kindergartens and we are tried to explain their impact on customer loyalty (parents of children). A descriptive analytical method was adopted, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the necessary data. It was distributed to a sample of parents dealing with the kindergartens in the municipality of Mila. 360 questionnaires were distributed. After the initial treatment, 243 questionnaires were valid for analysis. To achieve the research objectives, statistical methods were used to interpret and analyze the results using the SPSS program, version 24. Finally, the study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of the physical environment of kindergartens in the state of Mila on the loyalty of the client from the point of view of the parents |
