dc.description	Knowledge is the basis for building and development of societies. In this regard, we must pay attention to it and focus on the field of education because it is the underlying element of knowledge, especially in the light of the rapid developments and changes that are taking place in our time, and work to adopt the philosophy of quality in various fields in life. This study aimed to show the role of knowledge management in ensuring the quality in higher education from the point of view of the faculty members at the university center , A bdel_Hafidh Bousouf Mila. In order to achieve the objectives of this study the analytical descriptive approach was adopted, the questionnaire was designed as a main tool for collecting and distributing information on the sample of study. We focused on the university's interest in quality and the contribution of knowledge management in improving quality at university center . The results of this study were: a lack of requirements for the use and application of knowledge especially in human resources, physical means ,organizational culture… To ensure quality in the university center ,greater attention should be given to knowledge management through the creation of an organizational culture that encourages the use ,sharing and the application of knowledge, in addition to that, the administration should attract human talents to fill the shortage of teachers and work for training and developing their skills.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعد المعرفة أساس بناء وتطور المجتمعات، ومن هذا المنطلق وجب الاهتمام بها والتركيز على مجال التعليم لأنه الركيزة التي تقوم عليها المعرفة خاصة في ظل التطورات والتغيرات المتسارعة التي يشهدها عصرنا الحالي والعمل على تبني فلسفة الجودة في مختلف مجالات الحياة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور إدارة المعرفة في ضمان جودة التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة ، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة، وقد ركزنا على مدى اهتمام المركز الجامعي بالجودة ومدى مساهمة ادارة المعرفة في تحسين وتطوير جودة التعليم العالي، فكان من نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود نقص في مستلزمات استخدام وتطبيق المعرفة من وسائل مادية، بشرية وثقافة تنظيمية، ولضمان الجودة في المركز الجامعي وجب ايلاء اهتمام أكبر بإدارة المعرفة من خلال خلق ثقافة تنظيمية تشجع استخدام ومشاركة المعرفة وتطبيقها، وأن تعمل الإدارة على استقطاب الكفاءات البشرية لسد النقص في عدد الأساتذة والعمل على تدريبهم وتطوير مهاراتهم	en_US
