| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد راسة إلى التعرف على اثر الرقابة المالية في ترشيد النفقات العمومية ، حيث تم إجراء د راسة ميدانية بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ميلة، حيث اعتمدنا على منهج البحث الميداني من خلال استخدام الاستبيان كأداة أساسية للبحث فضلا على المقابلة، حيث تم توزيع 30 استمارة على الموظفين. وبعد تحميل نتائج الاستبيانات بما تضمنته من محاور متعددة، تم التوصل إلى نتائج هامة تتلخص في وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمرقابة المالية من حيث الاسلوب على ترشيد النفقات العمومية بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ميلة . كما قدمت الد راسة مقترحات هامة من شأنها تحسين طرق ترشيد النفقات العمومية بصورة أكثر فعالية فضلا على اقتراح دراسات ذات علاقة بموضوع البحث. |
| Description: | This stady aimed to identify the impact of Financial control in rationalizing public expenditures ,as a field study was conducted at the University Center ABDEHAFID BOUSSOUF MILA, where we relied on the field research approach by using the questionnaire as a basic tool for research in addition to the interview, where 30 questionnaires were distributed to employees. After analyzing the results of the questionnaires, including the various axes they included, important results were reached, which are summarized in the presence of a statistically significant effect of financial control in terms of method on the rationalization of public expenditures at the University Center ABDEHAFID BOUSSOUF MILA. The study also presented important proposals that would improve methods of rationalizing public expenditures more effectively, as well as proposing studies related to the research topic. |
