dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the role of financial engineering in activating the securities market, to shed light on the financial markets and their risks and how they contribute to the development of the financial market, where the most important financial engineering products traded in the financial markets in Saudi Arabia were identified and how these products contribute to the development and development of the Saudi financial market. The historical approach and descriptive and analytical approach have been followed in order to highlight various aspects, including theoretical and applied, respectively, in addition to a sample study of investment funds between financial engineering tools and the Saudi stock market for the period between January 2020 to March 2024, based on data and information on these funds and analyzed by the 2012 interviews program, our study has found that there is a direct relationship between the TASI Market Index and risks in the stock market.
