dc.description	This study deals with the subject of strategic behavior and its impact on the profitability of the industrial enterprises by taking Saidal group of the pharmaceutical industry as a model for the applied study. The aim of this study is to identify the impact of strategic behavior on the profitability of industrial enterprises and determine the nature of the relationship between them . This study adopted the theoretical approaches to the strategic behavior, performance, profitability and the relationship between them. The analytical approach was adopted to study and analyze the pharmaceutical industry at the global and local level, and to analyze the impact of the behavior of Saidal group on its profitability. This study concluded that the Saidal group follows the alliance as strategic behavior, which helps in obtaining the primary materials and technology at low costs, and as a result, the prices of its products, leading to the high number of products, the result of the profits	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع السلوك الاستراتیجي وأثره على ربحیة المؤسسة الصناعیة، وذلك بأخذ مجمع صیدال للصناعة الدوائیة كنموذج للدراسة التطبیقیة، حیث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثیر السلوك الاستراتیجي على ربحیة المؤسسات الصناعیة وتحدید طبیعة العلاقة بینهما. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لدراسة مختلف الجوانب النظریة للسلوك الاستراتیجي والأداء والربحیة والعلاقة بینهما، وكذا المنهج التحلیلي لدراسة وتحلیل الصناعة الدوائیة على المستوى العالمي والمحلي، وتحلیل تأثیر سلوك مجمع صیدال على ربحیته. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مجمع صیدال ینتهج التحالف كسلوك استراتیجي، مما یساعده في الحصول على المواد الأولیة والتكنولوجیا بتكالیف منخفضة، ونتیجة لذلك تنخفض أسعار منتجاته، مما یؤدي إلى ارتفاع رقم أعماله وبالتالي زیادة ربحیته.	en_US
