dc.descriptionIn our thesis, "The Effect of Quality of career life in the Scientific Productivity of the faculty members at the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf-Mila", we tried to study this main problem:  Is the quality of career life impact the scientific productivity of the faculty members at the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf? To address all aspects of the subject of the study, the following subquestions were asked:  To which extent the quality of career life is available in the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf?  What's the size (level) of scientific productivity of faculty members at the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf?  Is there an impact of the quality of career life dimensions on the scientific productivity of the teaching staff at the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf? The main hypothesis of the study was:  Yes, there is an impact on the quality of career life in the university center Abdelhafid Boussouf. The sub-assumptions were as follows:  Most of the dimensions of quality of life career are available at the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf.  The faculty members of the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf is characterized by a high level.الملخص VII  Yes, there is an impact of the quality of career life dimensions on the scientific productivity of the teaching staff at the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf. The study was based on the analytical descriptive method and was applied to a sample of 189 professors at the center university Abdelhafid Boussouf. A questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data for the study. The study found the following results:  The availability of the leading pattern and supervision dimension at an average of 2.687 and a standard deviation of (0.852) but at a weak level.  The availability of security and functional stability dimension with an average of (3.2108) and a standard deviation of (0.81701) at an average level.  The availability of career progression dimension at an average of 3 and a standard deviation of 0.81958 at an average level.  The availability of wages and allowances is at a weighted average of (2.6635) and a standard deviation dimension of (0.89295) at a weak level.  There is a significant statistical effect at a significant level (0.05≤α)for the leadership pattern and supervision of the scientific productivity of the faculty members.  There is a significant statistical effect at a significant level (0.05≤α)of security and functional stability on the scientific productivity of the faculty members.  There is no statistically significant effect at a significant level (0.05≤α) of career progression on the scientific productivity of the faculty members.  There is no statistically significant effect at a significant level (0.05≤α) of wages and allowances on the scientific productivity of the faculty members.  There is no statistically significant effect at a significant level (0.05≤α) of Social relations on the scientific productivity of the faculty members.en_US
