| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تقوم به صيغة الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك في تمويل القطاع الصناعي من خلال د را سة حالة مصرف السلام الجزا ئري و بنك قطر الاسلامي خلال الفترة 2015 - 2022 ، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، وذلك باستخدام بيانات سنوية لكل من : القيمة المضافة للاجارة المنتهية بالتمليك في كلا البنكين، و نسبة مساهمة القطاع الصناعي في نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي للبلدين، من أجل د را سة العلاقة بين صيغة الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك والقطاع الصناع، وخلصت الد را سة إلى أن التمويل بصيغة الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك وسيلة مفيدة و لها مزا يا تمويلية للاستثما را ت في القطاع خاصة في البيئات الاقتصادية التي تفضل التمويل الاسلامي |
| Description: | This study aims to understand the role of the Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek (lease-to-own) financing model in funding the industrial sector through a case study of AlSalam Bank in Algeria and Qatar Islamic Bank during the period 2015-2022. We employed the descriptive method for the theoretical aspect and the descriptive-analytical method for the practical aspect. This was done using annual data for both the added value of the Ijarah untahia Bittamleek in both banks and the contribution rate of the industrial sector to GDP growth in both countries, in order to study the relationship between the Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek model and the industrial sector.The study concluded that financing through the Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek model is auseful and advantageous financing method for investments in the sector, especially in economic environments that favor Islamic finance. |
