| Abstract: | هدفت الد را سة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء مؤسسة البريد -ميلة-، من أجل تحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على أبعاد )قواعد البيانات، برمجيات، شبكة الاتصال، المورد البشري( كونها المخرجات النهائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، حيث اعتمدت الد را سة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهجية للد را سة، وعلى الاستبيان كأدات للد را سة، تم اختيار مديرية وحدة البريد -ميلة- لاختبار فرضيات الد را سة، إذ تم توزيع على العينة المكونة من 51 موظف استبيانات كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة. ولقد توصلنا الى ان هناك أثر موجب ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين أداء مؤسسة البريد -ميلة-، في ظل هذه التطو را ت الحاصلة في التكنولوجيا أصبح لزا ما على مديرية وحدة بريد -ميلة- ان تقوم بوضع استرا تيجيات لتطوير اداءها وضمان تحقيق أهدافها |
| Description: | The study aimed to know the role of information technology in improving the Mila. In order to achieve this, we -performance of the Postal Corporation relied on the dimensions (databases, software, communication network, y. The human resource) as they are the final outputs of information technologstudy adopted the descriptive analytical approach as a methodology for the study. Based on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, the Directorate of ses. was chosen to test the study hypothe -Mila -the Postal Unit Questionnaires were distributed to the sample of 51 employees as a main .tool for collecting the necessary data and information information We found that there is a statistically significant positive impact ofMila. In -technology on improving the performance of the postal institution technological developments, it has become imperative for the light of these to develop strategies to enhance its -Mila -Directorate of the Postal Unit performance and ensure the achievement of its goals. |
