Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge sharing on organizational loyalty among the professors of the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management at the Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila University Center. To achieve this goal, a sample of 50 professors was surveyed. The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was distributed to collect data. After analyzing the results, it was found that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of (0.05) of knowledge sharing on organizational loyalty among the professors of the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management at the Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila University Center.
