dc.description	هدفت الد را سة إلى التعرف على أثر التشارك المعرفي على الولاء التنظيمي لدى أساتذة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة ، ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم. استطلاع عينة من الأساتذة والبالغ عددهم 50 أستاذا، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم توزيع الاستمارة لجمع البيانات، وبعد تحليل النتائج اتضح وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 ( للتشارك المعرفي على الولاء التنظيمي لدى أساتذة معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge sharing on organizational loyalty among the professors of the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management at the Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila University Center. To achieve this goal, a sample of 50 professors was surveyed. The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was distributed to collect data. After analyzing the results, it was found that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of (0.05) of knowledge sharing on organizational loyalty among the professors of the Institute of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management at the Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila University Center.	en_US
