dc.description.abstractThis study aims to know the role of creative abilities in supporting the organizational dexterity of the professors of the University Center Abdel Hafeez Bou Al-Souf Mila, through the dimensions of the creative capabilities represented in absorptive capacity, the ability to think and the ability to adapt and their role in supporting organizational dexterity.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the case study technique was relied upon using the questionnaire tool to identify the perception of the professors of the University Center Abdel Hafeez Boualsouf - Mila, regarding creative abilities and their role in improving organizational dexterity, as the study included a sample consisting of 65 research professors, which were analyzed based on the program Statistical analysis (SPSS V 26). Our findings were as follows:en_US
