| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على دور التمكين الإداري في تحقيق إدارة المعرفة في المركز الجامعي ميلة كما وضحت العلاقة بين المتغيرين )التمكين الإداري، إدارة المعرفة(، بينما تم إجرا ء الجانب التطبيقي بالمركز الجامعي ميلة من خلال د راسة ميدانية ، تمثل مجتمع الد را سة في أساتذة المركز الجامعي ميلة إذ تم توزيع 07 استبانة في حين تم استرجاع 07 استبيان واعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان والقيام بالمعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss لتحليل البيانات.)7070≤α( أشارت نتائج الد را سة الى أنه لا يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى المعنوية لتمكين الإداري في تحقيق إدارة المعرفة لأساتذة المركز الجامعي ميلة. |
| Description: | This study aimed to identify the role of administrative empowerment in achieving knowledge management in the University Center Mila, as it clarified the relationship between the two variables (administrative powerment, knowledge management), while the applied side was conducted in the University Center Mila through a field study, representing the study population in the university center professors Mila, as 70 questionnaires were distributed, while 60 questionnaires were retrieved, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire tool was used and statistical processing was carried out through the spss program for data analysis.The results of the study indicated that there is no statistically significant effect at the level of ignificance (α≤0.05) to enable the administrator to achieve knowledge management for the teachers of the Mila University Center. |
