dc.description.abstractThis study, marked by the role of strategic thinking in supporting creativity among the professors of the Center Universitaire Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila, seeks to know the role of strategic thinking as an independent variable and its sub variables: strategic intent, holistic thinking, taking advantage of smart opportunities, thinking in a timely and hypothetical manner, in supporting creativity as a subordinate variable.In order to achieve the bjectives of our study regarding strategic thinking and its role in supporting creativity within university professors, we used a questionnaire as a tool of the case study. The questionnaire was submitted to 47 teachers in Mila's Center University Abdelhafid Boussouf. The investigation is based on the statistical analysis' programme (SPSS V 22). The study shows the role of strategic thinking in supporting creativity of Mila's Center University teachers, Abdelhafid Boussouf. Our research findings are the following,: Strategic intent has a significant role to play in supporting the creativity of the Centre's professors; Holistic thinking plays a major role in supporting creativity among the Centre's professors; The use of smart opportunities plays a role in supporting the creativity of the professors of the university center Mila; Timely reflection has a role to play in supporting the creativity of the Centre's professors; The trend towards hypotheses plays a major role in supporting the creativity of the center's professorsen_US
