| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة دور أساليب القيادة في تفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة بمعهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الد را سة - استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الد را سة الميدانية على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، والذي طبق على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الد راسة قدرت ب 47 فر دا، ولمعالجة البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss .، وقد توصلت الد را سة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: • وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية لأساليب القيادة في تفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة عند مستوى دلالة ( 0.05 ( بمعهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف - ميلة . |
| Description: | This study aimed to find out the role of leadership styles In activating knowledge management processes at the Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center – Mila, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the field study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was applied to a random sample of the study population estimated at 47 individuals, the statistical packages for social sciences (spss) were used to process this data. The study reached a set of results, the most Important of which are : • The presence of a statistically significant role for leadership styles in activating knowledge management processes at the level of significance (0.05) in the institute of economic commercial and management sciences Abdelhafid Boussouf mila university center. |
