Abstract: This study aimed to address the issue of linguistic disorders and their impact on linguistic communication between the teacher and the learner. We applied the study to a sample of second-year primary school students to highlight the most important reflections and effects of these disorders on reading activity, relying on the analytical descriptive approach. We divided our research into two chapters: The first chapter is a theoretical chapter that we divided into two sections: In the first section, we dealt with the concept of linguistic disorders, their causes, symptoms, classifications and types, while the second section dealt with the concept of linguistic communication, its elements, functions, goals and importance. As for the second chapter, it is a field study on the extent of the impact of linguistic disorders on the linguistic communication between the teacher and the learner and on the reading activity. prevalent among students of this stage.
