Abstract

The artistic image is a basic pillar that conveys the ideas and feelings of the creator, translates his feelings, and expresses his perceptions. It is a means of artistic creation that makes the material felt.This study aims to identify the manifestations of the artistic image in the Diwan of "The Parting of the Spirit" by ZainabHalabi, we divided our research into an introduction and two chapters appended by a conclusion,through which the term artistic image, its patterns, the sources of its formation and its importance were addressed, in addition to stopping at the manifestations of the artistic image in the Diwan, where the poet made the rhetorical, synthetic and sensual image patterns in which she mixed her world She relied on the sources of her inspiration from nature, religion, emotion and music.
