| Abstract: | This study aimed to evaluate the financial performance of the Algerian Company for Electricity and Gas Distribution in Mila during the period of 2019-2021, using a set of financial ratio indicators. Additionally, it aimed to predict its financial failure based on quantitative models used in financial failure prediction, such as Altman's, Keida's, and Shirurad's models, employing both descriptive and analytical methodologies. Ultimately, we arrived at results indicating that the set of financial ratio indicators allowed us to assess the company's performance, which was good in some aspects and poor in others. Furthermore, the quantitative models enabled us to predict the possibility of this company experiencing financial failure by relying on the financial ratio indicators. |
