Abstract

The current study is to show the role of management control in improving strategic planning This is due to its importance the management control in the economic institutions. Where we shed a light on the tools of anagement control and their role in improving strategic planning. Through a field study of the public anagement institution of technical backfill centers Mila Net, Where the reality of applying management control tools in the institution under the indentified study. The questionnaire was presented to 40 employees in the in the institution. It was consisted on 36 parts that was analyzed by the statistical program spss.v26. The study reached to some important results which are: Awareness of the managers and workers of the institution the importance of applying management control tools in order to improve the strategic planning
