Abstract

Through this study, we aim to present a theoretical background and practical case on market and financial engineering products based on the principals of the Islamic Sharia. Inaddition, we aim to provide a background on this margket " The Financial Securites Market in Khartoum" and define the financial engineering products that are Exchanged there and the important challenges that may face, and try to find the impact of these exchanges on the activities of of the market.in this study, we have concluded that it is essential that the financial Securites market be based on the principals of Islamic D Sharia. Also, it must contain developed and innovative financial products. Furthermore, it is necessary to find a practical and an effective outcome that can be useful for all. It must be economically efficient and have credibility with the Islamic Sharia. This is by unifiying fetwes and their obligatory aspect.
