Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on crowdfunding and its platforms as one of the modern topics and an innovative mechanism that can provide financial resources through financing platforms, but according to Islamic law, to transform the ideas of entrepreneurs into projects and support the Islamic financial industry in bridging its financing gap, by relying on crowdfunding platforms or rather Nasdaq platform to pool funds by linking different platform dealers. The study concluded that crowdfunding platforms provide opportunities for emerging ompanies and institutions to obtain appropriate financing during their life cycle, as it represents [a fundamental shift in the path of obtaining financing, as crowdfunding platforms via the Internet enable them to reach thousands of investors and financiers who support the idea The company and enhancing the stability of Dubai's Islamic financial industry, in addition to providing opportunities for Islamic banks and promoting the growth of the Islamic sukuk market, unlike traditional sources of financing.
