Abstract

The study aimed to know the role of electronic banking operations in enhancing levels of financial inclusion, by reviewing general concepts about electronic banking and financial inclusion. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used to analyze the different aspects of the subject of the study.The study also used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and then analyzing it statistically and presenting the results using the statistical program SPSS mainly to apply all statistical methods.The study came out with a number of recommendations, perhaps the most prominent of which is the need to follow recent developments in the field of electronic banking and reach customers through the latest electronic means, in addition to intensifying efforts in the field of permanent finance audit for the financial inclusion system
