| Abstract: | This study aims to analyze the performance of the Dubai Financial Market for the period from 2007 to the first quarter of 2023, through a set of performance indicators (prices, trading volume, market value) in order to predict the future direction of prices. It shows us the ups and downs for each period, in addition to analysis maps. Technical, by using charts and technical indicators. The study summarized that the Dubai Financial Market knew, according to the historical sequence, that there were 5 setbacks, and this is a result of the financial crises that the world witnessed, and two cycles of recovery and promises in the form of a classic technical model, head and shoulders, but the stable rise in the general pattern predicts signs of recovery from the first quarter 2023 and above. |
| Description: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى تحليل أداء سوق دبي المالي للفترة الممتدة من 2007 إلى الثلاثي الأول 2023 ، من خلال مجموعة من مؤشرا ت الأداء )الأسعار، حجم التداول، القيمة السوقية( قصد التنبؤ بالاتجاه المستقبلي للأسعار تبين لنا مرحلة الصعود والهبوط لكل فترة، إضافة إلى خرا ئط التحليل الفني وذلك بإستخدام أشكال بيانية ومؤشرا ت فنية. ولخصت الد را سة أن سوق دبي المالي عرف حسب التسلسل التاريخي أن هناك 5 إنتكاسات وهذا ناتج عن الأزمات المالية التي شهدها العالم، ودورتين انتعاش وعود بشكل نموذج فني كلاسيكي الر أ س والكتيفان، غير أن الارتفاع المستقر في النمط العام ينبأ ببوادر انتعاش من الثلاثي الأول 2023 فما فوق |
