| Abstract: | The aim of the study is knowing the role of the profit distribution policy in the development of the institution's services, as the study has dealt with the Algerian Company for Insurance CAAT Mila through the use of the descriptive analytical method. To achieve this study, we have prepared a questionnaire and distributed it to the employees of the Algerian Insurance Company. The number of informants was 30 individuals, and this study reached several results, including: - The dividend policy reflects the financial position of the company. - main objective of the institutional development is to develop and improve the company's services |
