Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the role and effectiveness of strategic leadership in financial risk management at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in Mila, through the impact of strategic leadership practices on the Bank's risk management. Strategic leadership in financial risk management. On the practical side, for the purpose of gathering information, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample. To analyze the data, we relied on the statistical program spss and followed the analytical descriptive approach. Based on the information obtained, we used statistical processors and hypothesis testing, where we found a relationship between financial risk management and applying strategic leadership practices of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development positively and robustly.
