Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of fiscal policy in lifting the freeze on public projects through a case study of the Directorate of Construction, Architecture and Building in the wilaya of Mila. We have found through this study that fiscal policy is the pillar of the state in influencing the economic structur In light of the austerity measures that the country has known in recent years, the option of resorting to freezing projects whose completion has not started on the one hand, and paying control and rationalization procedures in paying the expenses of projects that have not been frozen on the other hand, contributed to limiting the exacerbation of expenditures. it also enabled the control and control of the situation, and therefore it can be said that it plays a decisive role in lifting the freeze that is imposed on public projects, and among the tools that can be used are government spending packages that enhance economic growth and encourage private and public investments, and this policy also includes the use of taxes and tax incentives To encourage investors and companies to invest in public projects
