Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of digitization in facilitating financial operations (the golden card) at the Algeria Post Corporation through an applied study of a sample of Algeria Post customers in the Mila unit .This study dealt with two aspects, theoretical and applied, the latter included determining the effect between the two variables of the study , the independent variable represented in the golden card of Algeria post with its four dimensions (digital transformation, transparency, credibility, security, quality of services), and the dependent variable represented in the financial operations provided by the Algeria Post Corporation. Based on the opinions and answers ( customers who hold the golden card).and after testing and analyzing the validity of the hypotheses , we concluded that the Golden has an effective role in facilitating the financial operations of the Algeria Post Corporation.we have concluded through this study that the role of digitization in facilitating financial operations is manifested in providing integrated and high- quality digital services with low costs of effort and time compared to traditional financial operations, and the continuous technological development, as it is expected that the financial operations of the gold card will increase in quantity and quality.
