Abstract

This research aims to demonstrate the extent to which the financial feasibility study contributes to the rationalization of investment and financing decision, and to stand on the reality of preparing and applying the feasibility study at the level of the national agency for support and development of entrepreneurship ANADE Mila branch, through the analysis of a feasibility study for one of the Industrial projects funded by the agency after its evaluation. In order to achieve this, one of the criteria prepared for evaluation projects criterion of the paybacks period, in addition to the criterion of net present value(VAN) approved by the agency in evaluating the proposed projects. The results of the resect concluded that the payback period criterion in making the nvestment decision at the agency level.
