Abstract

This study aimed at highlighting one of the recent topics in the area of financing primarily related to emerging enterprises. The study was titled "The role of crowdfunding in supporting risk capital: Yassir company case study". Noting that the descriptive and analytical approach has been relied upon. The study was divided into two theoretical sides, in which the theoretical framework of risk capital and crowdfunding was addressed, and the second applied aspect in which theoretical knowledge was dropped on the field side.
