Abstract

The economic risks that the institution faces from the impact of the changes that the country is going through forced it to improve its financial performance to keep pace with changes, control its production and service apparatus, and achieve its goals at the lowest costs. The study aimed to clarify the role of risk management in improving the financial performance of the institution, by using a set of tools represented in the indicators of financial balance and financial ratios by applying them to the financial statements in order to judge the status of the institution, as the financial statements of Biopharm Corporation were collected for the period from 2017-2021. Through the study in the Biopharm Foundation, we note that risk management is effective in improving its financial performance. After conducting an evaluation of the institution, it became clear that it is financially independent, and this indicates the efficiency of its financial performance.
