| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري لأثر آليات حوكمة الشركات على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، من خلال التطرق إلى مفاهيم الحوكمة ومن ثم إلى الأداء المالي وعلاقته أيضا مبادئ وآليات حوكمة الشركات. بالاعتماد على الأسلوب الميداني في جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان كأدا ة لجمع البيانات وثم تحليل هذه البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS . وتوصلت هذه الد را سة إلى أن هناك تأثير إيجابي لآليات حوكمة الشركات على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات كما خلصت الد ا رسة في الأخير إلى تقديم توصيات و آلاف مستقبلية للبحث |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the theoretical framework for the impact of corporate governance mechanisms on the financial performance of economic institutions, by addressing the concepts of governance, financial performance, and their relationship with the principles and mechanisms of corporate governance. The data collection relied on a field method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, followed by the analysis of this data and hypothesis testing using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).This study concluded that there is a positive impact of corporate governance mechanisms on the financial performance of institutions. In the end, the study provided recommendations and future avenues for research. |
