| Abstract: | هدفت الد راسة إلى البحث في موضوع الحوكمة الإلكترونية، باعتبارها موضوع يلاقي اهتمام الباحثين الاقتصاديين ومختلف الحكومات والقطاعات، كما أن د ا سة مثل المواضيع وربطها بالتعليم العالي سيزيد من مساهمة الحوكمة الإلكترونية في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من التعليم، خاصة وأننا في عصر الاقتصاد المعرفي والرقمي الذي يحتم على مؤسسات التعليم العالي ومختلف الجامعات بأن تواكب هذه التطو را ت وعصرنة الادا را ت التابعة لها بما يتوافق ومتطلبات عصر التكنولوجيا والرقمنة. وللوصول إلى هدف الد را سة تم استطلاع آرا ء عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة لتحديد مدى مساهمة مبادئ الحوكمة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة المركز الجامعي. وقد أثبتت النتائج المتوصل لها أن الممارسات المتبعة في المركز الجامعي لكل من الاستقلالية والمساءلة لا تسهم في تحسين جودة المركز الجامعي، وبالنسبة للمشاركة والشفافية فهي تسهم في تحسين جودة المركز الجامعي وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. |
| Description: | The study aimed to research on the issue of electronic governance, as itis a topic that meets the attention of economic researchers and various governments and sectors, and studying such issues and linking them to higher education will increase the contribution of electronic governances in achieving the desired goals of education, especially since we are in the era of the knowledge and digital economy that requires Higher education institutions and various universities to keep pace with these developments and the modernization of their affiliated departments in a manner that corresponds to the requirements of the era of technology and digitization To reach the goal of the study, the opinions of a sample of faculty members at the university center, Abdelhafid Boussouf Mila, were sought to determine the extent to which the principles of electronic governance contribute to improving the quality of the university center. The results have proven that the practices used in the university center for both independence and accountability do not contribute to improving the quality of the university center and for participation and transparency, it contributes to improving the quality of the university center, from the point of view of faculty members |
