| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة معرفة أثر أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال على تنافسية المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالاعتماد على متغيرا ت الوسيطة المتمثلة في تكلفة المنخفضة و الجودة المرتفعة ، الإبتكارية واستجابة السريعة لزبائن ، وإعتمدنا على برنامج SPSS في تحليل بيانات هذا الاستبيان مستخدمين في ذالك أساليب إحصائية مختلفة لعرض النتائج وإختبار الفرضيات ،من بين النتائج المتوصل اليها في هذه الد را سة هو وانه يوجد تطبيق أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال بالمؤسسات محل الد ا رسة ، وتوجد علاقة إرتباط موجبة بين أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال وكل من التكلفة المنخفظة والجودة المرتفعة والإبتكارية والاستجابة السريعة لزبائن ، كما يوجد أثر معنوي مباشر وغير مباشر لإ نظمة ذكاء الأعمال وذالك من خلال أبعاد التنافسية محل الد را سة . |
| Description: | The aim of this study was to determine the impact of business intelligence on the competitiveness of economic institutions, based on intermediary variables such as low cost, high quality, innovativeness, and quick customer response . The SPSS software was used to analyze the data obtained from this questionnaire, employing various statistical methods to present the results and test the hypotheses. One of the findings of this study is the presence of business intelligence systems implementation in the studied institutions. There is a strong positive correlation between business intelligence systems and low cost, high quality, innovativeness, and quick customer response. Additionally, there is a direct and indirect significant effect of business intelligence systems on competitiveness through various dimensions in the study. |
