Abstract

The objective of this study is to highlight the reality and requirements of the adoption of the business ntelligence system by conducting a field study of industrial enterprises in the Setif industrial zone.We have identified the main requirements and various dimensions to ensure the successful adoption of this modern system. We have begun to see the need for the technical dimension, which includes all the processes in practice, as well as the organizational dimension, which serves to coordinate the various processes and levels of management, and human resources and the need to rely on modern technology to operate the system. A selected sample of 10 institutions from which 50 forms have been recovered has been made clear from the data obtained. The critical importance of all four of these requirements and dimensions for the adoption of the business intelligence system has been shown to be a strong level of adoption of the business intelligence system and the requirements for its success in terms of its technological dimension and the same for human requirements. A strong level of adoption of the business intelligence system has been shown in terms of its human requirements for the operation of the institutions in question.
