dc.description.abstract | This study aims at recognizing the role of knowledge management in achieve sustainable performance of centre university - Mila, and which is considered as one of the most important and effective administrative ways in utilizing knowledge to achieve institutions objectives through competitive advantage and creative values, these letter are considered as the core of knowledge management in achieve performance improvement which is the main aim being sought to achieve.As far as the practical side is considered, centre university - Mila- has been the target of our study, a questionnaire has been distributed to the institution professors to test the study’s variables and then it was processed by SPSS programme, the findings show that this institution gives a great deal of importance to knowledge management in order to achieve its performance | en_US |
