Abstract: This research focuses on the role of employee training in improving the quality of production in economic institutions, due to its importance and benefits to these institutions. Training is considered a source of human resource development by enhancing performance, improving efficiency, and changing behavior, which ultimately leads to increased production.Training is an investment expenditure that yields tangible returns to meet economic and social growth needs. It is an important means of keeping up with technological vancements, which has become a pressing necessity in the modern era characterized by rapid environmental changes.The aim of this study was to determine the role of employee training in improving the quality of production, with a focus on Sonelgaz institution. It sought to identify the efforts made in training employees within the institution, the stages and types of training adopted, and the allocated costs.The study hypotheses assumed that training leads to improving the quality of production, changing behaviors, and increasing efficiency. It also assumed that effective and successful training undoubtedly has a positive impact on production within the institution.The study adopted a descriptive methodology and a case analysis approach. Among the key findings of the study was that training plays a crucial role in increasing production within the institution, and that the institution places great importance on it and establishes developmental strategies accordingly.
