Abstract: In recent years, interest in spreading entrepreneurial thought within Algerian universities has increased through a set of different mechanisms, which mainly aim to support students in establishing their own projects and institutions and directing them towards entrepreneurship. This study focused on researching the mechanisms of spreading the entrepreneurial thought at the University Center Abdel Hafid Boussouf and its role in students' orientation towards entrepreneurship. Where the problematic of the study was addressed through three chapters, two theoretical chapters and an applied chapter. The first chapter dealt with the theoretical framework of the third function of the university, the second chapter dealt with the university’s mechanisms in spreading entrepreneurial thought, while the third chapter was devoted to a field study of the entrepreneurial support bodies at the University Center Abdel Hafid Boussouf - Mila - The hypotheses were discussed and proven, and several results were reached, among which we mention: The entrepreneurial house and business incubators have a major role in developing the entrepreneurial thought of university students, as well as the ability to direct them towards the practice of entrepreneurial work, and that through a group of activities, forums and courses that undertakes. The most important recommendation of this study is that the Algerian state should pay greater attention to entrepreneurship through the promotion of business incubators and linking them more to universities and research centers.
