dc.description	This project mainly consists of a dynamic, earthquake-resistantstudy, as it consists of a ground floor and five residential floors, located in the Wilayat of Mila within seismic zone number 2II. For this reason, the study applied to this building was according to The Algerian, as for measuring and arming the various basic elements that make up the building. dc.description.abstract	Ce projet consiste principalement en une étude dynamique parasismique, puisqu'il se compose d'un rez-de-chaussée et de cinq étages (R+5) d’habtation, situés dans la Wilayat de Mila dans la zone sismique numéro 2II. Pour cette raison, l'étude appliquée à ce bâtiment était,selon l’algerien, quant à mesurer et armer les différents éléments de base qui composent le bâtiment. Nous avons utilisé les lois en vigueur en Algérie (BAEL91).	en_US
