dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find out the impact of work pressures (pressure of role conflict, ambiguity of the role, urden of role, physical work environment) on the performance of workers at the Bin ToBal Mila Brothers Hospital, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared to collect primary information from the study sample consisting of 45 workers, and in light of that, data were collected and analyzed and hypotheses tested using the statistical package program for social sciences spss and using many statistical methods, including simple and multiple regression analysis.The study found several results of its evidence, the most important of which are:• The existence of a statistically significant effect of work pressures (role conflict, role ambiguity, role burden, physical work environment) on the performance of employees in Bin Tobal Mila Brothers Hospital at the significance level (0.05≥α).This study found that: Deliver each worker to his ppropriate work. Ensure the provision of appropriate and encouraging conditions for work. Open courses on dealing with work stress for hospital workersen_US
