| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة "الرقمية" في تطوير العمل المصرفي، خاصة بعد ظهور الصيرفة المحمولة التي تعتمد أساسا على الهواتف المحمولة الذكية، أين أصبحت تمثل الأداة التكنولوجية التي لا تكاد تفارق مستخدميها. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على التقارير والاحصاءات الدولية التي بينت مساهمة هذه التقنية في زيادة حجم المعاملات التجارية الرسمية والتخفيض من حدة تكاليفها. البنوك الجزائرية معنية لتطور الهائل في عدد مستخدمي الهاتف المحمول، في ظل توسع نطاق تغطية الاتصالات الخلوية، مما يمثل آفاقا كبيرة لتبنى الصيرفة المحمولة قصد تحسين مستوى الخدمات البنكية. هذا التحدي يستدعي تشجيع الشراكة بين المؤسسة المصرفية ومتعاملي الشبكات المحمولة، وتعزيز البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا الاتصال، لتسهيل عملية استغلال تكنولوجية الصيرفة المحمولة |
| Description: | This study aims to clarify the contribution of digital technology to the development of banking activity. Especially after the emergence of mobile banking relied on smart phones, which became the technological tool inherent to the users. The study was based on international reports and statistics that showed the role of this technology in increasing the volume of official business transactions and reducing their costs. Algerian banks are concerned by the huge growth of mobile users and the expansion of the coverage of cellular communications, which represent great prospects for the adoption of mobile banking in order to improve banking services. This challenge requires partnership between banking institutions and mobile network operators and strengthening communication technology infrastructures to expand the exploitation of mobile banking technology. |
