| Abstract: | حاولت الد را سة الموسومة بالأجر وأثره على أداء العاملين، تشخيص الواقع الفعلي لأثر الأجور على أداء العاملين في الشركة الوطنية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بميلة، وقد تناولت الد را سة مختلف الاتجاهات والمداخل النظرية والأبحاث الميدانية التي عالجت مسألة الأجر كمتغير يرتبط بباقي متغيرا ت البناء التنظيمي للمؤسسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الد را سة استخدمت الباحثتين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، والذي طبق على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الد را سة قدر ب 30 .spss عامل، ومن أجل تحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية 19 تم التوصل من خلال هذه الد را سة أن هناك عدالة في توزيع الأجور بين مختلف فئات العمال، كما أن ممارسات الأجر المطبقة تساهم في تحفيز العمال لتقديم المزيدمن لجهد،وكذلك الاهتمام بتقييم العاملين اعتمادا على معايير دقيقة وواضحة. |
| Description: | The study, tagged with wages and the performance of workers, tried to diagnose the actual reality of the impact of wages on the performance of employees of the National Electricity and Gas Distribution Company with a tendency. The study addressed various trends, theoretical interventions and field research that addressed the issue of pay as a variable associated with the rest of the organizational construction variables of the institution, and to achieve the objectives of the study the researchers used the analytical descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was applied to a random sample of the study community estimated at 30 workers, and in order to analyze the data program was used Statistical package 19spss.
