| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في دعم إدارة سلسلة التوريد، وذلك بالاسقاط على حالة مؤسسة سنابل السلام بولاية ميلة من خلال تشخيص واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ود را سة العلاقة بين تطبيقات التكنولوجيا وإدارة سلسلة التوريد. لتحقيق ذلك، استخدمنا المقابلات كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات المختلفة لموظفي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومختلف مصالح سلسلة التوريد، حيث توصلنا إلى أن هناك علاقة إيجابية ومترا بطة بين استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وإدارة سلسلة التوريد، كما أن المستوى جيد في استخدام تطبيقات التكنولوجيا داخل هذه المؤسسة |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the role of ICT in supporting supply chain management by projecting the state of Sanabil Essalam Foundation in Mila by diagnosing ICT reality and examining the relationship between technology applications and supply chain management. To achieve this, we have used interviews as an ssential tool for collecting different information for ICT staff and different supply chain interests, finding that there is a positive and interconnected relationship between ICT use and supply chain management, and a good level of use of technology applications within this organization |
