| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى بيان مدى مساهمة الرموز الغير قابلة للاستبدال في حماية ملكية الاعمال الرقمية لذلك تطرقنا للتعريف بها واظهار كيفية عملها ومختلف أساسياتها التي تجعلها مميزة وغير قابلة للاستبدال وتمنع أفضل تقنية تعتمد في الأعمال الرقمية بكونها وسيلة فعالة لخلق NFT تعرض العملات الرقمية للقرصنة ، وتعتبر القيمة بمختلف أشكالها والتي تحمي برا مجها وممتلكاتها الاصلية والتي هي عبارة عن تقنية حديثة ظهرت وانتشرت مؤخرا بكثرة في جميع المجالات باعتبارها أشياء مشفرة مبنية على البلوكشين تحمل رموز تعريف خاصة وصفية تميزها عن بعضها البعض. نم اتباع المنهج الوصفي للتعريف بالعملات الرقمية والاعمال الرقمية، ثم المنهج التحليلي لد را سة حالة تقنية الرموز غير قابلة للاستبدال، حيث تهدف هده الد را سة إلى معرفة كيفية حماية الاعمال الرقمية بواسطة هذه التقنية. تم التوصل في هذه الد را سة إلى أنه يتم حماية الأعمال الرقمية عن طريق تشفير أصولها باستخدام تقنية بحيث تكون لكل عمل رقمي نسخة واحدة وأصلية في العالم. |
| Description: | This study aims to show the extent to which the non-fungible tokens contribute to the protection of digital business ownership, NFT is considered the best technology to adopt in digital business as it is an effective way to create value in all its forms Which protects its programs and original properties, which is a modern technology that has emerged and has spread widely in all fields as encrypted things based on the Blockchain bearing special, descriptive identification codes that distinguish them from each other. Due to the novelty of the topic, we followed the descriptive approach to define digital currencies and digital business, then the analytical approach to study the case of the nonreplaceable tokens technology, where this study aims to know how to protect digital business by this technology. In this study, we found that digital works are protected by encrypting their assets using NFT technology, so that every digital work has one and original copy in the world |
