| Abstract: | تناولت د را ستنا موضوع الإدارة الإلكترونية ودورها في تطور إداء الجماعات المحلية والتي تهدف إلى معرفة التغيرا ت التي جاءت بها الخدمة المعلوماتية بالنسبة لما كانت عليه الخدمة الورقية وكيفية تقديمها للخدمات، لذلك تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية الأداة والوسيلة الفعالة لتحقيق الحداثة وساهمت بتبسي المعاملات الإدارية بشكل يسهل العمل الإداري وأصبحت عنصرا هاما لإنجاز المعلومات المطلوبة، ولها أهمية كبيرة في ترقية أنشطة ومهام الجماعات المحلية ورفع مستوى الأداء والتخلص من البيروق ا رطية. ومن أجل ذلك تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى إبرا ز دور وواقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء الجماعات المحلية وذلك من خلال عرضه على بلدية زغاية، باستخدامنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي أما فيما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات قد تم استخدام السجلات والوثائق ثم تفريغ هذه البيانات عن طريق برنامج spss وتحليلها للوصول إلى أهم النتائج وذلك بوجود أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير أداء الجماعات المحلية ببلدية زغاية |
| Description: | A study dealt witch the issue of electronic management and its role in the development of the perforr. ance of local groups, which aims to know the changes that the infcrmation service brought in relation to the position of the paper service and how it is provided for services. Important for completing the required information, and of great importance in promoting the activities and tasks of local communities, raising the level of the public and getting rid of bureaucracy.For this purpose, this study aims to highlight the role and reality of the application of electronic management in improving the performance of local groups by presenting it to the municipality of care, using the descriptive analytical spss approach.
