| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على دور استرا تيجيات إدارة المعرفة في أداء المؤسسات حيث شهدت هذه الأخيرة تحولات كبيرة حيث انتقل التركيز على المعرفة التي أصبحت عامل الإنتاج أكثر أهمية ولإثبات هذا. تمت الد راسة في أحد المؤسسات الجزا ئرية وهي مؤسسة موبيليس وذلك من خلال الاستعانة الد وهي خلال الاستبيان وجمع البيانات من عينة الدر ا سة وتمثلت في 30 مستجوبا وتمت معالجة البيانات ببرنامج spss25 .وتوصلت هده الد را سة إلى أن تأثير إسترا تيجيات إدارة المعرفة على أداء المؤسسة محل الد را سة ضعيف نوعا ما أي أن هناك عوامل أخرى أكثر تأثير وفعالية في رفع الأداء في المؤسسة محل الد را سة. وأوصت هذه الد را سة بضرورة ضرورة استخدام مؤسسات الاتصال اللاسلكي لاسترا تيجيات إدا رة المعرفة بفعالية لضمان تحقيق مستوى من الأداء |
| Description: | The aim of this study was to recognize the role of knowledge management strategies in the performance of enterprises. The latter witnessed significant shifts as the focus shifted on knowledge that has become more important and to demonstrate this . The study was conducted in one of the Algerian institutions, the Mobilis Foundation, through the use of the study during the questionnaire and the collection of data from the study sample, consisting of 30 interrogators. The data were processed with a spss25 programme .The study found that the impact of knowledge management strategies on the performance of the institution in question is somewhat weak, i.e. that other factors are more influential and effective in raising performance in the institution in question.The study recommended that radio communication institutions should use effective knowledge management strategies to ensure a level of performance |
