| Abstract: | تناولت هذه الد را سة أثر تنمية المسار المهني على الاستقرا ر الوظيفي بوكالة الضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجرا ء بميلة، وهدفت إلى معرفة اتجاهات المبحوثين في هذه المؤسسة نحو أهمية تنمية المسار المهني وأثره في تحقيق رضاهم الوظيفي. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمنا استمارة لجمع البيانات، تم توزيعها على عينة تقارب 50 موظف، كما تم استخدام برنامج SPPS في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات. وتوصلت الد را سة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع لتنمية المسار المهني في المنظمة محل الد را سة، ووجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية لتنمية المسار المهني بأبعاد المختلفة في مستوى الاستقر ا ر الوظيفي الذي كان مرتفعا على العموم بالمؤسسة محل الد را سة. |
| Description: | This study examined the impact of career development on career stability of the Mila Wage Worker’s Social Security Agency and aimed to learn about the trends of researchers in this institution towards the importance of career development and its impact on the achievement of their job satisfaction. To achieve the research objectives, we used a data collection form, which was distributed to a sample of approximately 50 employees, and the SPPS program was used in statistical analysis of the data.The study found a range of results, most notably a high level of career development in the organization in question, and a statistically significant impact relationship for career development with different dimensions in the level of job stability, which was generally high in the institution in question |
