dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to identify the impact of the shift to the cognitive economy on inclusive learning. We relied on a descriptive approach by presenting the basic concepts of the cognitive economy and addressing the topic of stereotypical learning by explaining its key levels and in the analytical aspect The field study was conducted in a comprehensive survey of the 35 employees of the group business agent Mobilis, using the questionnaire.SpSS as a data collection tool. We retrieved 35 questionnaires, which were subsequently analysed using the SPSS tool. The study arrived at a compilation of results, the most important of which was: a significant impact on cumulative learning within the organization resulting from the transition to the knowledge economy. and that the dependent variable is affected substaintially and in statistically significant way for the independent variable at the significance level of 0.05.en_US
