Abstract: | This study aims to highlight the role of the financial interest in improving the management of the educational institution and ways to activate it based on some mechanisms, the most important of which are: the use of modern management methods in the management of the affairs of the interest, the embodiment of the eadership of the official of the department, activating administrative communication with the financial interest, activating the internal service, completing the budget project in accordance with the project of the institution and activating the general inventory and permanent inventory, and then trying to apply these mechanisms to the educational institution replaced by The study (Secondary School 08 May 1956 –Rouached - Mila), where the financial interest of the institution was chosen as a sample, and included the work of fiscal year 2021, this topic was chosen because of its importance in raising the effectiveness of performance in the financial interest and contributing to the movement of various activities required by the educational act. It stands as a barrier to the promotion of the quality of the forum and the educational system. |
