| Abstract: | تناول البحث معالجة أهم الإشكالات المتعلقة ثر ثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات على المستهلك في العقد الالكتروني، وهو موضوع على جانب كبير من الأهمية في المعاملات والتعاقدات الإلكترونية، وفي الأنظمة القانونية التي تسعى دائما لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي، وذلك بتعديل تشريعا ا و قوانينها التقليدية، لتوفر أكبر قدر من الحماية للمستهلك الذي يبرم عددا كبيرا من هذه العقود، و عليه تناولنا أهم المخاطر التي يتعرض لها المستهلك الالكتروني وبيان الأسباب التي تبرر حمايته، وتناول أيضا التدابير و القواعد الخاصة ʪلمعاملات الإلكترونية و أساليب الحماية المتبعة للوقوف على مدى تحقيق الحماية اللازمة للمستهلك الالكتروني خلال المرحلة السابقة للتعاقد او في مرحلة تنفيذ العقد |
| Description: | The study tackled the most important issues related to the impact of the IT revolution on the consumer in the electronic contract, which is a matter of great importance in electronic transactions and contracts, and in the legal systems that always seek to keep abreast of technological development by modifying their legislation and traditional laws to provide maximum protection. To the consumer who concluded a large number of these contracts, and we addressed the most important risks to the consumer electronic and the reasons for justifying its protection, and also addressed the measures and rules for electronic transactions and methods of protection for Parking on the extent of the necessary consumer electronic during the previous phase of the contract or in the implementation phase of the contract protection. |
