| Abstract: | في ظل الاهتمام المتز ا يد بقطاع السياحة عالميا، واد را ك منا لذلك فقد لقى هدا القطاع أهمية كبيرة باعتباره أحد روافد التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بما يدره من عوائد للبلدان المستقبلة للسياح خاصة العملات الأجنبية، وتشغيله لأعداد كبيرة من اليد العاملة، وهو ما يؤهله ليكون قطاعا مساهما في تحقيق التنمية المحلية، وتهدف هذه الدر اسة إلى إبر ا ز مدى مساهمة الاستثما را ت السياحية في تنمية الموارد المالية للجماعات المحلية في ولاية ميلة، و ذلك من خلال اهتمامها بمؤهلاتها السياحية ومقوماتها الطبيعي ة، وممتلكاتها الأثرية. ومن خلال د را ستنا لمديرية السياحة بولاية _ميلة_ خلصنا إلى أن قطاع السياح ة بولاية ميلة يسير بخطى بطيئة لكنها ثابتة من اجل تحقيق الأهداف المعول عليها في المستقبل، والتي تهدف إلى جعل ولاية ميلة قطب سياحي يستقطب عدد هائل من السياح، ودلك بسبب مؤهلاتها الطبيعية وممتلكاتها الأثرية، و من اجل تحقيق هاته الغايات يجب تظافر الجهود بين الجماعات المحلية والقطاع الخاص من اجل ترقية ه ذا القطاع. |
| Description: | In light of the growing interest in the tourism sector globally, and our awareness of this, this sector has received great importance as one of the tributaries of economic and social development, with the returns it generates for countries receiving tourists, especially foreign currencies, and its employment of large numbers of labor, which qualifies it to be a contributing sector in Achieving local development, and this study aims to highlight the extent to which tourism investments contribute to the development of the financial resources of local communities in the state of Mila, through their interest in their tourism qualifications, their natural components, and their archaeological properties . Through our study of the Directorate of Tourism in the state of- Mila-, we concluded that the tourism sector in the state of Mila is moving at a slow but steady pace in order to achieve reliable goals in the future, which aim to make the state of Mila a tourist pole that attracts a huge number of tourists, and that is because of its natural qualifications and archaeological properties, in order to To achieve these goals, concerted efforts must be made between local groups and the private sector in order to promote this sector |
